I love beanies, all kinds! I wear them all the time, even indoor! and I love making them, either sewn in stretchy cotton or knitted one in pure wool. I only knit fibers that feel good in my hands and I love wearing.
After I knit them I wash them and shape them, a process that make the yarn bloom to the most softness. I nver make two alike! I use mostly merino wool and alpaca or a combination of the two.
